She was honorably discharged in December 1945.

On July 18, 1946, she married a career U.S. Air Force member James Reardon and they lived in several states and overseas until his sudden death on December 30, 1972 in Enid, OK.

On July 24, 1984 Alice married William "Frank" Weott and the couple moved to Belleview, FL. Frank passed away June 28, 1989.

Alice married a schoolmate, Byron M. Rice on December 2, 1994 and they lived in Ocala, FL area until his death on April 7, 2012, two days before his 89th birthday. Alice always said, "I will always remember him as a real sweetheart."
