The graveside service for Bernice (Munkres) Crandall will be at 1:30PM Thursday, Jan. 12, 2107 in the Chapel of the Enid Cemetery. Dr. Jarrett Banks and Pastor Shannon Spidel will officiate. There will be a visitation preceding the service from 10:00AM-11:30AM in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel.

Bernice was born January 30, 1925 in Ames, Oklahoma, one of ten children, to Elmer and Lucille (Weathers) Munkres and passed away January 8, 2017. Bernice married Eugene Crandall on November 22, 1942 in Fullerton, California. She was a home maker and seamstress.

Bernice was a long-time member of the Sooner Sunday School Class at Central Christian Church.

She is survived by three daughter, Lavona Moseley of Enid, Sharon Matthews and husband Doug of Casper, Wyoming, and Jana Spellins and husband Phil of Enid. 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, four sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Eugene, her son Darrell, her older sister Janice Griesel on January 7, 2017(one day before her own passing) and another sister and three brothers.
