The memorial service for Casey Michael Bierig, 42 year-old Okeene resident, will be 2:00PM Saturday, June 6, 2020 in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Chaplain Gary Miller will officiate. His cremated remains will be buried in the Catholic Cemetery at Okeene at a later date.

Casey was born September 19, 1977 in Okeene to Janice Luetkemeyer and Bobby Bierig and died May 19, 2020. He attended Chisholm schools and graduated from Medford. Casey was a roughneck in the oilfield at locations all over western Oklahoma. He was married to Eva Barnes of Longdale, Oklahoma and they had three daughters. His two great loves were his family, especially his children and fishing.

Casey struggled with addiction his entire life, but had recently found a new life in Jesus Christ and recovery during his last year. He worked hard to bring that message of hope to his friends everyday. In his death, Casey was able to give the gift of life through organ donation.

Casey is survived by his maternal grandmother, Betty Luetkemeyer of Yukon, OK; his mother, Jan Bierig of McLoud, OK; sister, Angel Dewitt of McLoud; daughters, Arcie Bierig, Tavie Bierig, and Lexi (Lula) Reyes all of Enid; Ryleigh Bierig of Longdale; Destiny Welch and husband, Matt of Beaver Dam, WI, and son, Joseph Warren Bierig. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobbiy Bierig; maternal grandfather, Joseph Luetkemeyer and paternal grandparents, Warren and Joy Bierig.
