Florence Louise (Hoover) Horner Bradley was born May 20, 1920, in Hunter, Oklahoma, to Wesley and Maybelle Christensen Hoover. She died Saturday, January 31, 2015, in Hunter, Oklahoma, at the age of 94 years. Louise was reared and educated in Hunter. She was married December 26, 1964 in Stillwater, Oklahoma, to Victor (Vic) A. Bradley. She worked for 32 years and retired from OSU food services. In addition, she was a homemaker and lover of all animals, big and small. Louise and Vic made their home in Perkins. She enjoyed helping others, cooking, and caring for her animals. She was proud of her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vic; siblings, Paul, Carl, and Merle Hoover and Helen Albright; son, Danny Horner; grandson, Allen; step-grandson, Eric Bradley and step-granddaughter, Stephanie Whittington. Her family members include: daughter in-law, Diane Horner (TX) and grandchildren, Barb Dobbert and Sharon Yehlen and their families (MO); step-children, Linda Hann (OR), Joyce Bradley, (OK), Vickie Bradley (OK), Veronica Gayton (CA), Robert Bradley (CO), Betty Leyshion (VA), Jennifer Whittington (CA), Victor (Tony) Bradley (CA), and Mary Bradley (OK); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as nephews, David Hoover, Bill Albright, Clark Hoover and niece, Renee Hoover.
Private graveside services will be held at Memorial Park Garden Chapel, 10:30 AM, Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services are entrusted to Henninger–Hinson Funeral Home of Enid, Oklahoma.
