A graveside service for Joyce Elaine (Davidson) Fuller, age 86, of Enid will held at 11:00am Wednesday, November 25, 2020,under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home and services performed by Pastor James Yoder, in the Mausoleum of Memorial Park Cemetery in Enid, Oklahoma.
Joyce was born May 17, 1934 in Barnard, Missouri to Ray and Bessie (Bare) Davidson. Joyce passed from this earth on November 22, 2020.
She graduated from Barnard High School in 1952 and married Cleo Gene Fuller on May 10, 1952 in Barnard, Missouri.
Joyce started raising a family with Cleo, working and living in different cities in Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma, finally settling in Enid in 1965, calling it home to raise her five boys.
Joyce was an avid golfer for many years, even up until the last few months, playing golf with her sons. Joyce was a member of the Meadowlake Women's Golf Association and the Oakwood Country Club Women's Golf Association. She participated in many association tournaments and enjoyed her time on the golf course with family and friends.
Joyce had a variety of jobs while raising her young family, including working for Hersh's Department store in St. Joseph, Missouri and Southwestern Bell Telephone in Wichita, Kansas where she enjoyed her time as an operator. In Enid, Joyce had her own Shelter Insurance Agency for many years before finishing her career working in accounting for Advanced Foods.
Joyce was preceded in death by both parents; brothers, Don, Max and Leon Davidson and her youngest son, Rusty Fuller.
She is survived by her husband, Cleo; sons, Rodney of Tulsa; Randy (wife, Linda) of Enid; Reggie (wife, Becky) of Pearland Texas and Rich (wife, Lori) of Enid. Joyce is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Diabetes through Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
