The funeral for L.D. Chrisman, 86 years old, a former Enid resident will be at 2:00PM Tuesday, October 7, 2014 in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. James Bell will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation for friends and family will be held Monday from 5 to 8 at the funeral home.

L.D. Chrisman was born on October 9, 1927 and raised in Enid, Oklahoma. He was the son of Nova Lee and Ethel (Husted) Chrisman and died Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at his home in Delaware, Oklahoma. He married Lois Ann Ferguson on February 5, 1955 at Enid. He had worked in Water Proofing and also was a heavy equipment operator doing construction and demolition in most of Oklahoma. He was a member of the Church of God in Enid and Nowata.

He was preceded in death by son, Allen Wayne Chrisman and wife, Lois Ann Chrisman.

L.D. is survived by one son, Curtis Chrisman of Delaware, Oklahoma.
