Mark is survived by wife, Jill; three daughters, Tori Clodfelter, Jasmine Lewis and Asia Lewis; two grandchildren, Leah D'laine Daniels and Nathan Wayne Chartier, III; sister, Jeannie Waterman; and two brothers, Mike Clodfelter and Matt Clodfelter.
