The funeral for Rebecca Gayle Whitten, 46 year-old Ames resident, will be 10am Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Ames Baptist Church. Pastor Bryan Laramore will officiate. Burial will follow in Ames cemetery under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Becky was born July 7, 1967 in Enid to Don and Mary Gayle (Grace) Whitten and died Thursday, April 30, 2014 in Integris Bass Baptist Hospital in Enid.

Becky attended Ames schools. She was a member of Ames Baptist Church. She enjoyed listening to 80's music and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her twin daughters, Carly Dale and Caitlyn Gayle, both of the home; parents of Ames; brother, Rick Whitten; grandmother, Vivian Grace, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as best friend, Terri Hagar.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Memorials may be made in her name to the funeral home.
