The funeral for Ruth Brown Schultz will be Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 2:00PM in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Dan Thimell will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Ruth was born March 19, 1927 in Marland, Oklahoma to Thomas and Ruby (McCart) Bothwell and died Friday, June 12, 2015 in Highland Park Manor in Enid. She attended local schools and moved to Enid in 1957. She was a care-giver in the health care industry for 20 years.

She was a member of Faith Fellowship Church, DAR, Eastern Star, Women of the Moose, and a life-time member of the Ladies of the VFW. She enjoyed dancing and playing cards.

She is survived by her daughter Linette Romer and husband Robert Elliott, former son-in-law Robert Romer, four grandchildren; Bella and Tristian Romer, Debbie Sanchez, and Stephanie Wright. Four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. One sister, Juanita Correll, sisters-in-law, Cheryl Bothwell and Carol Schultz and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her former husbands,one son, Thomas Herrick, and brothers and sisters.
