The graveside service for Stella L. Branson, 77 year-old Covington resident is .......at......in the Covington Cemetery. Rev. Phillip Gregg officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home. Stella was born April 7, 1948 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Theodore and June (McCaslin) McKenna and died Saturday, May 17, 2025 in her home surrounded by her family.

On December 11, 1998 she married Lyndel Branson and the couple made their home in Covington.  Stella worked for some time at a dry-cleaners and later was a CNA, working for many nursing homes in Enid and Perry. She also provided home health care for many clients over the years.

Stella loved working in her flower-beds, keeping her yard up and attending softball games.

She is survived by her husband Lynden, of the home, he daughter Donna Sinnett of Covington, her son Steve Sinett, also of Covington, step-son Jeremy Branson and wife Carrie of Stillwater and step-daughter Tonya Trimble of Amarillo, TX. one brother Bill McKenna of Alex, OK. and one sister Virginia Sinett of Norman, OK. 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Stella was preceded in death by her parents and 8 siblings.
