Steven Mark Miller died November 19, 2014. He was the son of Forrest and Dorothy Miller, born October 19, 1955. He was a lifelong resident of Enid. He was 59 years old.
Steve graduated from Enid High School and the University of Oklahoma with a degree in psychology.
He was self-employed, owning several rental properties in Enid.
Steve loved to travel. He had been all over the United States, Alaska and western Canada. When he was a young man, he went on many backpacking trips with his brothers in Colorado, where he proved to be strong and tough.
Steve was a hard worker. He was always busy performing maintenance on his rental properties.
He was devoted to his mother and made it possible for her to stay in her home until the end of her life.
Steve was quiet and reclusive but had strong opinions about what was right and wrong, and about religion. We, his family, have no doubts about where he now resides. We hope that he has now found peace and happiness.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gary Miller.
He is survived by brother, Forrest Miller; sister, Janice Gierhart and her children, Kara Bristow and Matthew Gierhart.
Rest in peace little brother. We love you.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are through Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home. Condolences may be given to the family online at www.enidwecare.com
