Willa R. Postier's Obituary
The funeral service for Willa R. Postier, 82 year-old Garber resident, will be 2:00PM Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Garber. Pastor Scott Ray will officiate. Burial will follow in Garber Cemetery under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
Willa was born May 29, 1933 to Raymond and Cleta (Sims) Postier and passed away Monday, November 2, 2015 in St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.
She attended Hunter schools, graduating with the class of 1951. She worked at Oxford Cleaners for several years. She later worked at the Enid State School for close to 30 years.
She was a baptized and confirmed member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where she was very active. She was also very active in LWML at the Church. She delivered meals for the XWZ. She enjoyed fishing with her parents and helping people in her community.
She is survived by several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Postier.
Memorials may be made through Henninger-Hinson to the "Endowment Fund" at Immanuel Lutheran Church.
