Matt B. Hinson
Owner, Funeral Director, & Embalmer
Matt has been a part of the funeral industry his entire life, being the great-grandson of H.H. Henninger, who began Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home back in 1915. He is a graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science and has been a licensed funeral director/embalmer since 1999. Currently, he is the Funeral Director In Charge. Having been in Enid his entire life, it’s always been his desire to serve those in this community. His wife, Betsy, has also always been a part of Enid, and he has three sons, Cale, Conner, and Lane. When asked what is most important about continuing on with the family business, Matt says, “Providing a consistency of care for Enid and Northwest Oklahoma as well as giving the same quality of care to the 4th and 5th generations of families we have served for over 105 years is a daily goal I strive for with every family we are honored to serve.” Matt is the point of contact for advertising, donations, and contributions.
